Once placed, orders can not be canceled. However, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange for the items you purchased. Please visit our Returns and Exchange Policy webpage for further information.

We highly support our customers and we value their interest in the items we offer. However, if for any reason you would like to make an exchange for an item you have purchased, please visit our Returns and Exchange Policy webpage (click here) for further information.
Delivery and Shipping
Your order will be processed within 24 hours from confirmation of payment. We will then aim to deliver it locally within the same business day if you select the Express Plus delivery option and make the order before 11 am. Otherwise, items are delivered on the following business day of the courier service if the Express delivery option was selected. We will try to accommodate your order and delivery requirements to our best.
Sport Station provides free local shipping for orders above BD 50. For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be BD 2.00 for same-day delivery (Express Plus), and BD 1.50 for next-day delivery (Express) for up to 7 KG of weight. Any additional 1 KG will be charged BD 0.09.
For each delivery attempt, the courier company will attempt to contact the receiver (customer) of the shipment two (2) times on their telephone to schedule the delivery. If the receiver (customer) is unavailable after three (3) attempts, Sport Station will provide further instructions to the courier company as appropriate. If we did not hear back from the customer after one (1) week of the order, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Parcels with a weight of more than 25 KG will be subject to volumetric pricing.
Delivery to the customer will be attempted three times. If the item was not delivered, the customer may collect the parcel from the service point.

Gifts
If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the items weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will issue the gift certificate to the gift giver.
The gift certificate can be used within 90 days of the date of issuance.
Coupons
Coupons distributed as part of a promotion or campaign or for marketing purposes can be redeemed for shopping on www.sportstationbh.com or for in-store purchases.
A coupon can only be redeemed once.
Redeeming coupons is applicable on items of full-price only (not applicable for items on discount).
They cannot be combined with other promotions simultaneously.
Discount vouchers or codes
Discount vouchers or codes issued as part of a promotion or campaign or for marketing purposes can be redeemed for shopping on www.sportstationbh.com or for in-store purchases.
Discount vouchers or codes can only be redeemed once.

Damaged goods
All items are quality checked before dispatching or selling, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please contact us via WhatsApp or a phone call, or email within 48 hours of receiving.
